So in that case you can message paypal and have them close their inquiry of the $534 they are now holding. Or at least work something out with me..

I'm a college student, and I can't take a hit that big. If it was in fact you letting your brother on your MSN, I would like my money to be secured.

It's Bullshit.... We did a trade, he went first, I was somewhat shocked to see that he sent me $450, and it wasn't as a purchase, it was a personal transaction. So I traded him the 450M GP.

Then, he doesn't dispute, but rather claims that it was an authorized charge.
What a bitch.
