street-price wise, yeah it is actually.
if I were buying it at the cost of 0.85 p/m, then
current dclaw price: 24.6m * 0.85 = $20.91
current whip price: 2m*0.85 = 1.7

Maybe that's closer to $23 than $22, but it's nowhere near $30; that's for sure
