Create New account - Adress Dispute???

Okay so my brother was trying to create an account on Sythe to sell stuff and he put me as his referrrer and we got that message above. So I am disputing this because it said to dispute it if I was legitimatly creating a new account.

New account: CODBlackOpsLegit

 

It's a system put in to stop ban evaders creating accounts. Because you and all the other accounts matching your I.Ps are unbanned, your brother can only register an account off a proxy or using another I.P address from a different household/public location. Then you can use your regular I.P address for posting.

Please note that if one of you are banned, the other one will be as well.
