N4n0 Scammed Me $368.00

I sold N4n0 around 600m through paypal a few days ago. At that time he was using the msn [email protected] since then he has changed it. Look at the proof this was his email since he pmed me it.

I then sold him the gp through paypal and he sent the money about a week later he has now started the chargeback process.

So, he says he sent the payments as a gift. When I checked the details it said "instant" which I have heard means it is a gift. He also wrote a note on each of the payments saying it was for goods he already recieved and he will not try to chargeback.

After he sent the money I added my C.C. and asked paypal to send me a check for $300. I got the check today and Im going to deposit it in my bank immediately. Unfortunately, now since my paypal is under investigation I can not remove the credit card.

So questions for you guys...
1) Can he win the dispute?
2) If he does win the dispute and paypal charges my c.c. what stops me from calling my bank and saying that I didnt authorize that charge?
