Banned for being honest?

I was banned because I told giddy I was a ban evader. I sort of agree I was as long back I was on sythe, got scammed. Then there was a keylogger on my computer and my msn n sythe was used to scam with. I had no control over this and left for good. Back in january last year I made a new account but did not really consider using it as I had quit the game. This year when pking and free trade came back and I was a lot more mature I decided why not earn a few $$ on the side?

Thats all the past. Today I was trying to sell my runescape account when the buyer told me I was a ban evader and I went and told giddy, asked him if I would be banned if I was. He told me yes and so I told him I was a ban evader. He banned me within minutes. I guess this won't be accepted but just think about it. Ban evaders are banned because they have a high risk to the community in being a scammer. I haven't scammed anyone here in the past year+ and I have had MANY successful high value sales involving high trusted members where I could have EASILY scammed. I agree that I was banned and everything but I guess everyone deserves a 2nd chance to become legit? I was scammed by Shredderbeam I am pretty sure all the staff members knew him. Sold a lot of accounts in the day which I never recovered till date.

All I am asking for is another chance as all I was doing is being honest before someone else found out I was a ban evader and accused me of being a scammer, because honestly, I am not a scammer.

Ban evade= Ban. I appreciate your honesty, but that won't get you off the hook.
