Reason for hacking/hijack (cleaned bank)

I was looking to sell my acc a few months ago and I fell for a stupid discord screen share scam and they took all my valueables and got access to the account. Quitting the game now and looking to sell this 2277 total level cleaned ironman. Account has the Dizana's quiver max cape, infernal max cape, and the quest cape/achievement diary capes. Avernic defender, fighter torso, full elite void, occult necklace, dragon boots and a dragon scimitar, about 30m bank in misc items, shards and untraceable currencies like crystal shards, some food and potions and beginner ranged gear (rune crossbow & bolts)

how did the hijack occur?

the hack/scam happened about 1-2 months ago, I had posted my information on PlayerAuctions and they got in touch with me and asked me to show my screen and they took my URL and changed the password and took all my items/bank, by the time I recovered the account most of the accounts wealth was gone

since then the account has been secured and won’t get hacked again, it has been recovered to my original mail, and the password has been changed. So rest assured the account is safe and you will be fine buying from me

Have you got a report thread for the person that scammed/wiped the account or was this done via another site?

 

The scammer was was a guy on PlayerAuctions that added me I handed over his details to PlayerAuctions staff through an email with his discord and PlayerAuctions name, there is nothing else that could be done it’s a common scam now that I’ve learned about. I learned my mistake, sucks to be in this situation but it is what it is, account $3000 account value down to $500 at most

 

Other thread mentioned about not using a MM from Sythe for some reason - assume this isn't the case and you're happy to use one of the Sythe MM?

Thank you bro, I’ve had negative experiences in the past, both with a discord screenshare scam and a fake middleman scam, I’m just choosing to do all my dealings through Sythe so everything is on the record

last time I did something like this I had dealt with PlayerAuctions and discord which weren’t helpful in giving me any information about the person who carried out the fraud/scam so I’m doing this to minimise risk for me, good luck to you too, I appreciate your kind wishes
