So i sold 1.3b gold via paypal gift and i woke up this morning and it was refunded.
if anybody can help me with this dispute ill be more then glad to send them 100 bucks if i win the dispute

PayPal, is very unsafe even though you are verified let alone have the seven day seller protection. With that amount of money the individual who has sent you the money must have filed an unauthorized claim, Well if this person was not behind a proxy, and was at his/her original computer with their IP, You will get it back. Also you can send PayPal a message along with any files from the tranasction ect.

update: we just sent in two pics as (poor) evidence, and using this as notes:
I was trading virtual gold for money on a forum called d2jsp.org and found a buyer. We talked on these forums (take a look at attachments for evidence on this) and then proceeded to talk on aim. We both agreed on $687.50 for the first amount of 275000 gold and then $540.00 for the second shipment of 235000 gold. After !both! of the trades were completed [email protected] disputed the money and it taken from my account.

 

If you mention the payment was for virtual items in the note, paypal usually will favour the buyer.

 

True^ I also said I got payed for virtual goods and paypal denied my claim to.. Gf $210

 

update : Called paypal, he said they "have a reason to believe its an unauthorized payment and its being held. Once they contact the buyer and depending on what they the buyer claims we will either send you back the money or refund it to the buyer"

 

well its 1220 bucks so they better look deep into this shit
