They do Unban for macro

I dont have proof cause I got so excited i didnt think to take pictures. But I got my account back after I had.. well several offenses. I had a lot of offenses but the one that got me banned was macroing. But they reset 5 of my lvl 99 skills down to 92. and they hardcore raped my bank.

 

Well that's good to hear that you got your account back at least with some 90+ stats.
Also I'm guessing you personally didn't have to pay to get back your account?

Is there a thread where you can ask how much they will charge you? I can't find anything about it anywhere. Did you pay like 22.50 like the other person said they did?

Here is how I did it.
I was bored and decided to try to login to my banned account and when i tried to log in it said that the account was removed from game because it has negative membership.
I checked my messages and it said i was -120 days membership. I went out, bought some ultimate card things (2 of the 20$ cards) and used them to pay off my debt and my account was unbanned.

They dropped the following stats from 99 to either 91 or 92.
Magic, Smithing, Cooking, Fletching, Crafting

What the hell?!? are you sure they touched your bank? i know they roll your stats back but i didnt know they actually went into your bank and grabbed shit.. whoa screw jagex literally, getting kids to pay for their runescape account to get unbanned after 1-2years playing. How much of a waste is that i mean seriously so sad.

 

Thats the risk you take when you break the rules.It's pretty smart from the companies point of view.We may not like it but in the end they do control the game we play

Yea and they seriously raped my bank. Took my godsword over 100m cash. tons of supplies that i earned from getting 99 craft. I had enough supplies for 99 herblore and construction it was all gone. Took all my barrows armor except my ahrims. They did leave my dragonfire shield bandos tassets bandos chestplate though.
They pretty much raped my bank, i still had some money worth, but not near what I use to. All my runes were raped to... Almost everything dropped to 1 of each item. Which is annoying when you have 1 mithril arrow your like.. wtf waste of bank space

 

Oh- and about an email. I did not have an email attached to the account so perhaps you can get emails from jagex but I doubt that is how they do it. They say they will never email you.. So i wouldnt respond to any emails. Just wait till the message in your message centre appears. But I did email jagex at parents@jagex and billingsupport@jagex a couple times... Like 5 days straight.
