Earning with GE today

An item will certainly rise at least 1gp in it's entire existence. Sure it might drop drastically for a few months, but in the beginning it would have gone up, and it might have small hiccups where it goes up by a small percentage in between.

It's easy to say "this item is going to rise", but like I said, that doesn't mean anything unless you put a specific number, or at least an approximation.

 

Sounds like this guy has an ags and wants to get rid of it.
