[Paypal] Buying Purple/Green/Yellow P-Hat [Gift]

Hey guys,

Tomorrow i'll be getting $500 deposited into my Paypal account (debit card) which is linked and verified.. so that will give me a total of $550.

Trying to buy a cheaper Party-hat for that amount or by Monday i can pay more considering my birthday is on Saturday i can put the money in my Monday. (i get an average of $400-500 for my birthday.. or if you're willing to wait till the following Wednesday (payday) i'll have $1,500 (not willing to spend that amount though)

If i see a potential seller i'll pay for OMM fees unless you're extremely trusted.. we aren't talking about a $20 trade here. I'll be paying via Paypal gift.. or if you want me to pay via services with a statement i'll be more than happy to do so.
