Edit: I am doing this legit, I had two 10m+ wins and a bunch of small ones.
My rates are x5 and the trick is to NOT go to W2 as there's simply too much competition/scammers.
I had this guy place ten 1M bets on red and only won once, 5M profit for me.

You can try this yourself and do pay out when they win,
You're paying them out of your winnings anyways and you're gaining a reputation.

Items needed are Mith Seeds, I have fishing bait in my inventory as I am still raising my Saradomin Bird.

Its a scam but i've actually gotten 800k for a 100k stake from a actual legit guy.

 

Yeah man what are you offering, i had some mith seeds in bank and thought i would try it. It is very hard to find someone to do a a game! So much people offering the game.

i found a legit 10x guy and got 590k or so for a glory stake llol.

 

You give someone the amount your betting and decide what color it might be, then they plant a flower, if the flower is the color you guessed then you win the money.

You have to find someone trusted,

Actually this is very much profitable being a HOST.
Made a lil over 20M in 1 hour, world 23, south to GE.
It could be 35M profit but I accepted a 3 tries gamble from a dude, means he had 43.33% of winning so MEH!

Problem is, its gambling. Your more likely to loose. if your placing bets.

80% of people who do it are scammers.
