Soul Wars or Pest Control

Hi all,
Im making a range staker im combat 40atm, 60 range and 53 hp, my goals are 90HP and around 85 Range, but im not sure what to use soul wars or pest control, i never used soul wars though as I quited and i didnt have a chance to play it, and i heard that pest control changed aswell, theres 3 boats with different levels and when i used to play there was only 1 with any combat. So my question is which is better Soul Wars or PC for me? I want to use the points to get 90hp which would be quicker?

The current Soulwars bot from rsbots.net is the most consistent and stable.

Pest Control is great if you also happen to need void, but I also think it works better for higher cb levels. As a pure, I think you'll find yourself better off at Soulwars still.

 

I dont really want to bot though, want to do it legit, thanks for the answer
