Have you tried using the account clean thread on the runescape forums?

 

Jagex took away their feedback system and only want people emailing them about billing really. The parents email is the only real way to contact them

Yeah be careful of phishes.

 

Trying to get an account unbanned via recovery system won't happen.

I reckon the parents address is used a lot. Cause most old unbanning systems was based on it.

 

look it up on google but watch out for phishers
