Then the server goes down for an update. No big deal, I will play normal. Get flooded with 6-8 different discord servers which I join the interesting looking ones like hacking or GP/services.
I go to bed hoping to be able to bot when I wake up, but I find that Storm client is gone from discord, no messages, nothing. I try to log in and the site redirects me to a 404 page, then I ask a friend to verify if I'm in the discord, and that's how I find out.

They constantly bully you for not being on line 24/7 and are admittedly better at the internet than I am, I'm a college student that just is wanting to bot and I chose the wrong service apparently.

Yes, you are a paying user; just like members of cracking discords have been in the past.
We have a strict 0 tolerance policy outlined in our TOS greeted when joining the server, and when buying plugins. You must accept it at least once for every plugin purchase (This is a checkbox that you agree to the TOS).

You were banned for joining, and further applying for a discord server that is specifically for cracking plugins and clients.

There is no ignorance claim to be made, you literally applied to be a part of a cracking server that is strictly against our rules.

You are responsible for your own servers, and what you join. It is not our fault that you may have accidentally joined a server you didn't know about. But you didn't stop there, you applied for it after joining it.

There is no leeway to be given otherwise crackers would abuse our leniency.

Jim will reply to this thread when he's available as he's the one responsible for the ban.

For the record, it doesn't matter what client you choose.

Most, if not all clients exist under the same subset of rules. No cracking.
And squire is no different to that.

Run by people who have no backbone nor basic education/knowledge to code their own plugins/client.

Regardless of Jim's messages here, we still stand by our ruling.

The ban was scraped moments before these interactions from channels that require applications to access which is in clear violation of our TOS.

It should also be noted that this "500+" value he is claiming to be scammed for is arguably a scam within itself. At the time of being banned, he did not have even close to 500 euros worth of active subscriptions. Is he including his expired plugins that he used in this report? and if so why? they're already expired after being used for the full length. His subscription log can be provided upon request proving his false claim.

Being in, and applying for a discord that is literally advertised as a cracking discord for nulled clients as show in Jim's previous images is all the proof we need.

That is how most, if not all servers operate under the same global ban bot.

We have a strict 0 tolerance for cracking, and if you are caught being affiliated for cracking discords after applying for them, you are out. Those are the rules, the ones we make and the ones everyone accepts when buying our plugins. By your logic, entire groups of people can exist in that discord and you expect us to be comfortable selling our services to people in a discord actively promoting and selling tools to bypass our authentication?
This is how we've operated for as long as we've existed, just like every other plugin server that uses OBB.

As for posting "Proof", the proof is his discord was scraped from the active channels that require an application to participate in. The same application that literally asks you about cracking and leaking plugins.

He claims "he just accepted an invite among lots of others", then he says he's not actually in the discord. So how did he get scraped? The obvious answer is that after he was caught and "banned for being in recoderz", he left the server and then attempted to claim ignorance.

If you are uncomfortable with these terms, that is fine. You're not the one who accepted them 20+ times. He did, and he broke the rules; just like every single other user who decided to apply for a cracking discord.

For some reason, you've also felt the need to ban the owner of the OBB discord bot we use to ban people. In that post, there are previous verdicts referenced in which the same cracking rules were held up.

Since no one has even asked about my claim of him outright lying about the value of this report anyway, here is a link to see his purchases.

It comes to a total of 172.50 euros, far short of the "500+ euros".

This clearly shows he made this report with garbage intentions anyway, proving himself to be a liar from the get go.

Unless of course we should be reimbursing him for all the used plugins he's actually used in the past. Mind you, that still doesn't even come close to the 500 euro figure to begin with?

You know what, I've also attached his credit purchase history. 100 credits = 1 euro, so just divide the full total by 10. It's ~278. Just over half of his claimed scammed value.

This should be enough proof to frame this guy as a liar who has no intention of telling the truth. This is the same as every other user we've had the pleasure of banning.

Unless we're scamming him for his past GP purchases? In which case, that's another 180 euros which is still short of his 500 + scam claim. Of course, how can we be accused of scamming his gold when he has it?

If possible, I'd like to request staff look into this report ASAP as the report is currently being bombarded with users from recoderz spamming invites to their discord. Unfortunately this is the only way they know of getting the attention they need IRL



Ok, I'm just staff for Storm nothing more but I get the feeling things have been blown slightly, if not massively out proportion.

We're here because vRarie was banned for being in the active channels for a cracking discord.
These channels are only accessible by applying to join the server.
These channels are where you acquire cracked plugins and clients, Storm included.

vRarie claims he is not in the discord. This is probably correct now after he was caught and banned for being in the discord.

vRarie claims we banned him because hated him. I will admit, he is annoying. We recently had downtime due to the last game update in combination to some Storm changes. Through this time, he was annoying. Just like lots of others were who received discord timeouts so they could not talk in the channel. We do not ban because you're annoying, we just mute you.

vRarie claims the invite was hidden among 6 or so others.
So what? Is his excuse that he doesn't read the discord servers he joins? Lets ignore the fact he applied for the server after joining it.
Joining random servers is dangerous if you do not know what you're joining; especially if you're interacting with bots in the server. What vRarie claims to have done is incredibly stupid at best if he actually had no intention of joining it. Thats his fault though, not ours. You are responsible for the servers you join.

Now lets assume that somehow he managed to both join the server that is advertised as cracking plugins and client, and continued to apply for server access which asks you whether you are going to leak plugins without knowing that this discord was for cracking and leaking plugins.
At no point did he stop when going through this, even if we ignore the questions about whether he has reversing knowledge. Even then when you get access, there are literally channels everywhere that literally tell you its a cracked client. There is simply no way we can believe this scenario.

So how is this our fault?

He chose to affiliate himself with a server that is known for scamming and cracking private software. He did not leave until he was caught.

If he wishes to refute this, he is welcome to explain how we managed to scrape his discord ID from the active channels of the discord.

If he can give us a valid reason for this happening, we will unban him. Unfortunately there aren't many, if any reasons for applying to a cracking discord server that is verifiable by anyone but him - Someone who has lied from the beginning of this thread.

 

I'd prefer the refund. I'm definitely not going back to storm and that toxic cesspool of harassment, bullying, threating, just cuz one of YOUR CUSTOMERS is a little ANNOYING. Even if I were massively annoying your TOS don't say not to join a random server. I'm not in the stated server so again it's a buncha your guys words against a paying customer who also bought 1b gp from you guys which I got banned for also. So what if I exaggerated the price by 100 euro, I was guesstimating. Would have been over 1k euro by now but thank God I don't have to worry about giving more money to people like you.

You were not banned for being annoying, annoying people get timed out in discord. People in cracking discords however are banned with no refunds.

It was not a random server, you joined and applied for a cracking discord.

As for the whole "its not even stated in the server", you are literally forced to click a checkbox that confirms you agree to the Terms and Services before buying a plugin - every single plugin and access purchase. You clicked this button god knows how many times. Reading really isn't your strong suit is it?

And no you were not off by 100 euros. You said you were scammed for 500 + euros. You only had 170 euros worth of active subscriptions at the time of being banned. So how are you coming up with this 500 euro figure? That is 330 euros off, not 100. You were not scammed for your past purchases. You used them. Jesus man
