Help with recovering

Hey guys, i recently bought a 137 account with no email or recoverys.

I registered my email, cahgned the password and set some recoverys - Is there anything else i can do to make sure this doesn't get hacked back?

 

Theres nothing you can do the prevent someone from recovering their accounts back. Meaning if they are the original owner, have some correct info, and still use the same ip and or live in the same location, jagex will always give the account back to them.

 

This doesn't fill me with great comfort. :<


I was thinking, if it did happen to get hacked on my appeal/recovery thing i'd state that I stopped playing a long time ago, moved houses etc and recently came back beause of the update and it's obviously been played on/hacked etc. =[

 

There is like a 1/100 chance he'll be able to get the account back

Anyone can recover an account aslong as they made it, and its near same area/IP

 

This is why you should only buy accounts from people who you trust.

The original owner could very easily recover the account with membership and creation details.

Ya it's all about the seller. Every account I've boughten has gotten recovered, despite me setting recovery questions and my email address.

 

Just make sure you have the creations and previous passwords. If you have a complete set of these (creations preferably). Then there is a good chance you will be able to recover the account. If the account does get recovered add my msn please.

 

Membership details are extremely vital.

 

Not as vital as creation dates and previous passwords.

Seller claims itmust be someone else and is being extremely helpful about it,
said i could have my money back if recovery doesn't work.

Well see how it plans out.
