Animation delay rushing

Anyone know the current method of doing the animation delay for rushing?
It's when you do a certain thing such as opening something or doing an emotion right before you attack someone and they can't see you while you hit them.

 

I dont think it work anymore cause i didnt see anybody do it for a while.

A good one I saw a while back (big delay). Was mixing potions, not sure which ones though since I don't play rs anymore. Hopefully you know the ones I'm talking about

 

either veng, or use dye's on each other. for example buy a blue die and a green die and use the green on the blue. =]

Use a cat toy on your cat before specing someone out.
