How do you remove an email address without having access to it?

I remember reading a thread on powerbot about this, I would look it up there but it's currently under DDOS attack. Can someone please tell me as I need to remove the email address on an account I want to sell but I have forgotten the password to the email account.

If you don't want people to know about it in public I would greatly appreciate it if you could PM me. Thanks and have a nice day.

To remove the email instantly? I know of no way unless you have access to both of the emails.
But you can send a request to cancel the email and it will change in 14 days (Unless the other email aborts the change).
Go to the Runescape site, click Account Management, click Email Preferences and if it's not that then the Email one next to preferences. Good luck
