Spartan Services scammed 1.2b

The account was a 1600ttl HCIM.
I bought it on the 10th May and the account has already been recovered - I made a ticket and seemingly met with hostility.
I just want the gp back; less than a week and the account has already been recovered is not a great look. It looks as though Spartan Services & myself cannot come to an agreement, especially as he is not the OO of the account. I would rather just move on.
I was not told they weren't OO before the trade as you can see within the gifs.


Also, I have no more proof from within the original discord ticket - Hopefully the transaction of '1.2b you' '1.2b me' is sufficient.

 

Hi, so as the customer states he indeed did buy a hcim account for 1.2b on the 10th of May.

Account details

- HCIM
- Jagex Account
- We were NOT OO.

So apparently today the customer has opened a new ticket in our discord and stated his account was "recovered" / imported to a new jagex account.

We approached him with best manners to say that we will try get the account back for him.
He kept insisting and mentioning he wants a full refund in the mean time.
We told him the sale was in our discord tickets and our TOS are as they apply. (NO REFUNDS) * Will be linking screenshots of those too below.

This person today is "waiting" for us to help him get account back + mean time making reports without waiting for our final call.

I have nothing else to discuss with him as i believe most of the details were said above. Im open to reply and provide any details needed just to a Staff.

 

I would also like to add a bit of extra information that i was told that people Sellers which are selling Jagex accounts (non OO accs specifically), people are buying them and then faking a new import to another email accounts of theirs to make it seem to the seller as if they lost their account and get a full refund and at the end of the day the buyer gets refunded + keeps account because obviously non OO the seller most probably wont be able to re-recover it back.

 

I would happily keep the account, but I assume you cannot recover it not being the OO. This is why I made the Sythe report.

Do i have proof of informing the buyer if im OO or not : No i don't as i have not told him if i am or not or neither did i specify on my post that im OO or im not OO. Its obviously up to the buyer to ask all necessary questions before buying something. I was open to any questions he asked me and i answered everything as you can see in the transcript sent to you

Do i have proof of the TOS? This is our ticket system before they buy anything (Please note by placing an order within this ticket you are agreeing to our TOS) Theres nothing more for them to personally ask them if they agree or not

I have not attempted to help him to recover it since i was gonna try same day he asked for and instantly he already opened a report on us rather than waiting.

As our TOS we dont guarantee recovery or anything but obviously we are there next to them to assist with ANYTHING they may need.

Honestly, I see this decision as very bad on the part of the sythe administration, since I am very clear about my TOS, and once they open a ticket then the client can read the instant message that the tickect tools gives, but that's fine, I will give the refund, for the future I WILL MAKE THE COUGH VERY CLEAR AFTER SOMEONE OPENS A TICKET, so I'll want to see if they won't still be valid in sythe

 

I will give the refund to the customer and they will remove the DNT, I will make the TOS very clear after someone opens a ticket, then this way we will avoid this kind of thing
