Got Reported

I left my computer for 30 mins come back and some kid reported me for botting. I bot a lot and was botting at the time. Any hope or am i most likely gonna get the hammer?

 

Since Jagex already got the snapshot of you botting theirs only a few options left:
A) Bot the crap out of the account since it might get banned and transfer the gold/items to a different account
B) Chill out on botting for a few days and play legit for a while
C) Bot as if nothing ever happened

 

Awhile back there was this info going around about how being reported pretty much does nothing at all except increases the frequency of randoms, if you solve em (like most bots do) you should have nothing to worry about

 

i would go with number 2, its happened to me before if you do some other skills or some quests you will probally be alright.

Fuck it, keep boting. I've prob been reported tons of times, out of like 50-60 accounts, maybe 5 or 6 have been banned.

 

It's one report. Don't stress.

If your worried, then don't bot for a few days.

 

Na dude so many people report people all the time for botting even if they are jissed pissed at a guy. I got reported for botting when I won a 10m stake lol so it should be ok if you solve randoms

 

Yeah this too. I always get reported on my old pure for botting, when I never used a bot on it. Before I even knew what a bot was..

You're fine. I probably get reported all the time while botting, and I've only gotten one account banned so far.

 

Just dont worry about it, Most kids just claim to do that to scare you, I've been reported for botting many of times not once have i been banned (knocking on wood)

 

Getting reported doesn't mean your going to banned. I have been reported at least 30+ times on one account and I haven't been banned. Just go as normal and try to look some what legit.

 

Ive used both mta 4 and runedev bots. I'm sure i've been reported lots of times. With me though i switch it up quests, skill, pvp, stake. Just switch it up you'll be fine dude.

 

Just keep botting. If you're really that bothered, just take a break from it or do some quests. Everyone knows bots can't do quests. Yet.

 

If it makes you feel any better i have suicided 3 accounts since free trade and no bans or anything, i havent even heard of people getting banned after free trade.

 

Yeah man, the best idea is to immediately stop botting as soon as you're reported.

See, this way Jagex can see that you played a certain way for 5 hours straight then drastically changed how you played after someone claimed to report you.

Just getting reported once won't really but you in any danger. It takes many before jagex becomes suspicious.

 

yeah i prefer option A) & C), I've been reported many times while i botted hunter, but never been banned for botting hunter
