Screenies are a little out of order, but hopefully this is enough proof. I'm out 40M due to buying an account :|, he sold me the account at first, I believe the recovery info is fake also. Read the conversation please. He recovered it overnight also. And I haven't seen him on MSN for days now. Only talked to him through sythe PM, giving me stories.

FYI, Angelkay0 is the acc I bought..

The last screen shots where from somebody else that got scammed BY THE SAME ACCOUNT FROM HIM. He's the guy I talked to ingame that had the account.

 

He PMed me this :

Hey gohan, theres been a huge mix up with this account and i no longer even know whats going on, i didnt recover the account from Jamie, he asked for a refund after buying it but i think hes sold it on to someone else, now the next person who claims to have it says its been recovered or something to. i honestly dont know what to believe, i have a solid few sales and theres never been any problems, why would i try to scam now when im finally getting a bit of a rep? - i've lost the details, as i no longer thought i'd need them after selling and usualy just discard of them. im looking around but can you please PM me back with the best solution to this problem?

 

That makes absolutely no sense at all, how could he have lost all the details if he told me he had them all on MSN in the chatlog, and gave them to me. How would I have sold them when they guy in PM talking to him was complaining of it being "LOCKED" if you looked at his messages.

All I want out of this is my damn gold back, I've wasted 40M on this account to play on it for only two hours, and for it to be recovered over-night.

If I fucking sold the account myself, and that guy in the bottom screenshots was talking to him about the account AFTER I LOST IT. And my chat with the guy-ingame when I saw him unexpectedly. I wouldn't take it as far to make a file of evidence this large, and follow him around the forums to warn people he recovers accounts, and scams.

 

Bump, so what's going on?

 

I find it fishy how often he talks about the difficulty in recovering the account, as if he's setting up for it being recovered and him giving the Buyer the wrong recovering info.
Though, he is the original owner of the account, and even if he gets phished, I do see it as his responsibility to recover the account and put it back into the Buyers hands, or refund the buyer.

Also, TerranMarine, Stop posting behind JackGeddes1 and claiming he is a scammer. If I see it again, I will give you your 5th infraction for a temp ban.

 

Well, the day I get a refund I'll drop this all. I haven't got crap, and I thought that'd be classified as a scammer. It's been over half a week now.

 

So is anything going to be done about this?... A refund? A ban? I hate just sitting here with nothing from my 40M which is a lot to me, I'm not too rich in-game. And to not have recieved anything from what I've paid.

I've mustered up a lot of evidence, and screenshots that I've done the trade.

He has nothing, no screenshots to show I "Sold the account" as he said. It's almost been 5 days now since I purchased it.

 

I've told Jack to talk to Giddy. Has Giddy PMed you at all?

Banned him for now, let's hope when he disputes, we can work this out.
