45-50 Defence is still a zerker idiot, and 96 ranged doesnt mean Im not maxed 99-99-46 and 95 prayer is maxed turm

Yes I did but you seem to not know what your talking about? so yes 45-50 is still a zerker so it does not matter.

 

So? 45 def to me would make it 10/10 but FOR ME IN MY OPINION since it has 46 defence, it's less attractive to me. So i knocked it down to 7.

I don't care what it can could or should be, its my opinion, so don't ask for peoples opinions if you cant handle them.

96 range does mean you're not maxed; 99 would be maxed, but it doesn't stop it from being nice Although pures that high are a little pointless considering if you maxed defence it wouldn't get you massive amounts of combat levels.

I agree, the defense knocks it down to a 9, then the fact it's not TRULY maxed brings it down to an 8.. Your attitude gives it a 7 in my book, 8 for the account though.
