Looking for a proffesional,adult site head banner[Good pay]

The banner is for an adults website so i can't give more info here but from what i want u need to know ur stuff so no newbies please.You need to actualy design it.
Will pay good if the banner pleases me,either rsgp or paypal.
I want a sample before pay,you can either place the word SAMPLE all over it or make it in a real low quality.
