You don't need a guide for this.. It's a legitimate method, just email them, jesus. There's also an unban request thread on the official forums regarding this too, so many kids =.=

hoping my level 134 with 2.6bil gets unbanned, the sad part is its been banned 2 years and all i did was verify a hunting script on rsbot with it for someone.

My stats got some wiped - Lost about 15 Str levels, 5 magic and about 16 ranged. As for what I said it's not even that difficult, try a few yourself, mine was literally 4 sentences.

Yes, I emailed their billing department. Yes it worked for me, and yes it could work for others, in theory. Their sending out messages to get people unbanned - I would imagine this greatly speeds up the process.

 

haha awesome dude ^_^ your rather lucky its a bummer u cant unbann acc's that have been banned prior to that update >.< shouldint have wasted my appeal

 

More people have been unbanned now, I saw a few more threads on a diff sites.
