Basicly I feel that what he did was wrong dont get me wrong and I agree with the ban I just feel that the way you responded was a bit unprofessional for example telling a user to "Fuck off" in there appeal is not a good image to the website I also feel that you lost your temper or it came across that way. I like what you do for the website and the way you help out but I just got the feeling that you let your emotions overwhelm you in this circumstance.

I understand someone who has passed away is not a matter to be joked with and as I stated I agree with the punishment but the responce was not needed in my opinion . But other than that your doing a good job and keep it up please.

 

Staff feedback thread please. Yes it was pretty harsh but after what he said my sympathy meter is at zero.

EDIT - Edited response to be a tad bit better. I didnt ban him originally either just fyi.
