    Weight and the rest.

    Hey guys.

For my whole life I've been sitting a little over average weight for my age & height etc. I'm 14 years old, 15 in 5 months and I'm 180 cm tall. I don't know my exact weight but I'm like 5 or so kilos heavier then I should be for my age. I'm extremely good at rugby and sprinting but I get tired pretty easy because I'm not excessively fit. So two questions.

How can I get fit quickly?
How can I lose this extra weight quickly?

I'd also like to add eating is not a problem for me I don't get tempted by junk food etc it's just a matter of doing more excercise. So suggestions for easier & quicker ways?

    Thanks in advance,
    Liam.

    Weight and the rest.

sound's like you just need to jog a few mile's each week or even start of with a mile every few day's know your limit and then progress timing yourself on a set route will give u a bit of motivation and determination to push your self
nothing else sounds like required maybe some push ups to even out the ratio but sounds like nothing running cant fix

    Weight and the rest.

For rugby It'd be an advantage to be a tad overweight than underweight?
However basically if you want to improve your fitness, go jog/run for as long as you can till you can't anymore. The next day jog/run at the same spot as the day before but add an extra minute.

As for your weight ^ will take care of it.

i hate how sick our society is with weight.

so what if your not the normal size.

have you ever heard of such as thing as a set weight?
    go look it up

basically, all of us have a set weight that we cannot stray too far away from.

if we start a diet to get below this weight, out body believes we are being starved and starts to store all fat taken in from foods(instead of burning much of it off)

it works the other way too. if you have an abundance of food you are unlikely to keep gaining weight. your metabolism is likely to help you in burning a lot off.

this is why you see people at large but stable weights.

basically my point is that we all have a set weight that we cant stray too far away from. if we do, we are likely to incur consequences in not only our health but also our self esteem

pushups pushups pushups! Do pushups every night until you can't feel your arms. It will tone your upper body and give you confidence, just eat healthy and be excited about changing your body. It's all in your head, if you know you can lose weight and are excited about working out, you will succeed

Tell me your weight and height in AMERICAN measurements lol.

    1) You can't get fit quickly, what are you talking about, it takes a lot of hard work to get fit and to maintain it.

    2) You don't want to lose weight quickly, you want to lose weight gradually, and you can begin by watching what your calory intake. Unless your 20+ pounds overweight, you shouldn't worry about being overweight at that age, you'll grow into it, unless you keep doing an unhealthy diet.

Eat natural food. WHOLE WEIGHT, fish, chicken, protein, etc. DO NOT EAT PROCESSED GOODS.

Go hit the gym, RESEARCH A WORKOUT REGIMENT

    I do:
    Day1: shoulders
    Day2:back/bi
    day3:chest/tri
    day4:legs
    repeat

run a few miles each day, and work on your abs atleast once every 4 days.

do this shit for a year, and you'll look like you take steroids. Not even joking.

You shouldn't be looking for a "quick fix" having a good diet and exercise plan slowly working your way into it will benefit you now and in the forseeable future.

You should always jog, just because it is good for the heart. But if you play rugby, I am assuming you lift some weights, you can probably minimize the amount of jogging, BY doing a good job on your breathing while working out. If you breathe correctly while working out your heart pumps blood easily and your work-out also becomes a minor cardio workout. Your muscles will get more flow and you will be able to lift longer.

    Weight and the rest.

I was 90kgs 6months back I used to feel shy to go out because of my obesity; I had tried a lot of techniques like jogging going to gym etc, to be honest nothing worked out I was still the same. So I went to doctor to find a solution he gave me few medicines and a proper diet plan, within 6months my weight was drastically reduced to 65kgs. So I suggest people to go to doctor if they do not find any solution through natural ways.
