Explanation of the trade: I bought 1 month of TOA plugin, As for our deal he wants me to pay LTC or Wait till i get shadow staff drop which i did and gave him half of it.
How they scammed: He didnt finish the 1 month as we talked about.

Hello Sythe Mods,


We were made aware of Tarub scamming someone for 6b In another discord, a community that we are part of. On top of another 5b he owed there through peer to peer whip stakes.


Our Terms Of Service regarding our plugins state that we reserve the right to ban and/or revoke plug-in access should the user be found engaging in malicious behavior. Due to the amount of evidence we have ascertained regarding him scamming we do not see Tarub to be a good fit within our server. As a result, yes, we have in fact removed his access and do not intend to supply any malicious users such as Tarub any form of benefit or gain from any of the products or services that we offer our community and user base.


All of this being said, we have made contact with the Owner and Admin of the aforementioned server where the above situations took place. They have agreed to leave the ticket where Tarub scammed open and are willing to grant access to any and all Sythe mods to both the ticket itself, as well as transcripts that provide more supporting evidence that Tarub is the user whom in fact committed the above allegations (scamming 6b), with which we have based our decision to revoke access to our plug-ins/community offerings.


Please note that we are opting to not post this evidence publicly as it contains multiple users sensitive information as we do not wish to expose their data without their consent. However, we are willing to provide this upon request privately.

I've been told to reply on this, All those things you said is not related to my report, And Base on my understanding before trading anything specially runescape gold you must ALWAYS confirm who you trading with. I have my own people that do the trade for me. I can name few people that you JC know and can confirm that i used them meet and to trade in game / claim in game gold for me. Using that said Username you mentioned doesnt really prove thats me using the account.

I think whoever that guy was on your post's have to file a report on their own, Instead you stating the facts and jumping into conclusions without proving anything.

Tarub you are missing the big picture here part of Toonworld TOS we have the right to ban you if you are caught doing shady business or scamming. This was a private sale there wasn't direct agreement to the TOS directly only through joining our main server and private server for just toa which i have posted here. imgur.com. I would be 100% ok refunding his 720m for the purchase of the plugin if he is willing to pay his 6b debt he has scammed from his current report. I would believe it would only it be fair to his victim. It would feel very unjustified if i had to give him 720m from his 6b report in addition to this one here. I'm willing to pay his scam victim no problem directly if that is allowed so that could lower his 6b debt to 5.28b I will await your response thank you for taking this report

 

Oh sorry for misunderstanding your question, unfortunately it was all done through dm's and not our ticket system (my mistake). But I can directly pay HD accounts OSRS? just to be 100% clear here.

 

What you mean debt? I never owed that guy. It wasnt my fault he given out his money without me trading him and verifying.
