How do you contact Jagex...

Finally recovered my account from several years ago, logged into the account management and it asked me to change my characters name - they released it to other players I assume.

Logged into the game, and it was as if starting a new character... No stats and none of my items - made a thread on the forums but the chances of something at Jagex reading is are slim... so any other ideas?

Anyone else experienced an inactive character getting deleted?

 

The only way I know is [email protected].

 

Support > billing query or something like that. But anyway they won't restore stats / items - EVER.

send an email to either [email protected] or [email protected]. I had an account named 'fug my kok' banned in 2007 for offensive username; got it un-banned but was in the same situation as you: stats and bank wiped... not really any use for the account, tbh...

 

Call them up.. Lol

I think there is a number somewhere on the Jagex site, no idea if they'll solve your problem over the phone though.

Haha, I emailed [email protected] - pretending to be my parent who was 'disgruntled'. The mod who replied suggested that perhaps I recovered the wrong account.

I recovered Coolwinner - they suggested that perhaps my account name had a space between cool & winner.. so I tried to recover it.... BOOYAH! All of my items and stats from like 6 years ago...

I recommend other people do this if they are ever in the same kind of situation, just be polite and it all works out fine... Beats bumping a forum thread on the Account help forum trying to get advice...

Hmm I wonder if Dragon Med helms and Dragon Scims have gone up in value from 6 years ago.

Only problem is waiting 7 days for my pin to reset

Edit: Bah, med helms are only worth 60k

 

Does this mean you won't get your untradeables back like Fire cape?
Also, Do they reset EVERY stat of yours? Or just the ones you botted on?
