Does Jagex track Paypal/email

I'm wondering if Jagex will track and link Runescape accounts via paypal accounts used to pay for multiple memberships. More specifically:
- I have my main, with an email linked to it (impossible to unlink emails)
- I want to buy membership for a botted account via Paypal (I'd rather not use pins), but the Paypal account uses the same email as my main.
Is there any chance that my main would get involved if the other account was caught for botting or RWT?
I currently don't use the Paypal account to pay for membership for my main, but could that also be an issue if I decide to in the future?
