Releasing a gold shop so I did this in photoshop, took a good amount of time trying to embedd the text into the 'scrunched paper' feeling

Colors don't really mix.
The bullet point things seem out of place, should use something that matches your theme of 'scrunched paper.'

Other than that, it looks OK.

 

Considering its my 2nd time using photoshop, and just messed around with the program I would personally say it's not bad, I'll try my best to tweak it I guess.

 

Your font is hard to read in places because of the type style/effects and the color being similar to the background. The ideas are miss-matched. The colors, the paper background and crayon-ish font, and the futuristic looking LED bullets don't match up nicely with each other at all..

Also notice that whatever effects you have on the rest of the type, you didn't apply it to the part that says "Payment Methods"

All in all, it's not an effective design for a shop

 

Agreed with Mohtasa. The font is hard to read, too spread out and colour choices are random. Not to mention the background texture which has a copyright on the bottom left.
