    I need a maxed melee account with 99 att/str/def/constitution

    and a rapier :)

    I will be renting this from you and will be using it to stake MY OWN RSGP

    I've got a 121+10 with 99 str/att with 82 def and 92 dung, only has CLS and maul right now but I could easily get rapier on him.
