Account buying bans?

What’s everyone’s experience with buying accounts (mainly rs3) and have you had any bans for buying them? just wondering before I proceed with a pretty high value purchase

I've only been banned from buying an account once, I bought a HCIM with 70 agility and nothing else, I had the account for like a week then it was banned for RWT. Not sure if it was from buying the account, or if they did something on it prior, who knows.

 

This. Never been banned for "buying" accounts personally (other than being banned for suicide botting which was the goal originally) just be wary of what you're buying and know the cautions

 

Never been banned for purchasing accounts, or goid "Knock on wood". I received a minor macroing ban yearsssss ago though.

 

I have never personally been banned for buying an account on Runescape3. Definitely be careful with what you are purchasing and who it is through. Runescape3 also holds more risk of Account Recovery so keep this in mind when dealing with these accounts. From what i've seen, Oldschool tends to not recover Jagex Accounts, but Runescape3 on the other hand is a different story. All of the staff members are completely different and it's an entirely different game over there. They definitely hold more risk. Proceed with caution.
