    Will be using a bank-funded PayPal to pay for it. Recoveries should be provided as well.

    What I'm looking for:
    High Dungeoneering
    Preferably high Herblore
    Maxed melees
    95+ Prayer
    A decent amount of cash and/or items on the account.

    With free trade, you could easily transfer gold to the new account. There is no reason for you to require gold on the account, unless you plan on taking it.

    Trade with caution, he took my $25. He was selling a guide that was patched, and did not refund anyone as he promised.
