Price and Paypal question!

Waddup y'all!

2 questions!

1. Prices of rares going down,what should I do? Keep them sell them? will they go up again? Buy as many as I can now I can?
2. When people buy gold from other players here on sythe, most of the time they charge back @ the bank and then paypal blocks your account to find out what's happening and you've to be giving away 180 days of trading because they will block your account for that long. Is it really possible that everybody can charges his money back and paypal doesn't even disgusses about it buy just believe the word of the BUYER?:|
Then no one is safe, isn't it?

I think waiting 180 days is for unverified members of paypal

 

There are ways to prevent being chargedback. Like requiring a picture id to match the name on the paypal, if it doesnt match tell them to gtfo.
