what was your biggest fail in runescape?

Losing a 30m drop trade.

My biggest fail was wasting a few years playing the game legit. Now I just bot, and enjoy the results in the form of IRL money .

 

My biggest fail is having played for over 9 years, but still being almost poor as hell. Main cause is staking, at one point I had 4 partyhats and a lot of smaller rares but I lost it all about a year before free trade/wildy was removed, and got poorer from then onwards. Hoping to make it back now

 

Lol I know the feeling man. Curse my friend for getting me sucked into this game.
Which is my biggest fail to be honest. I have quit about 7 times over the years and something just keeps bringing me back =(. Now im buying load of shit, its like gambling and it has gotten really addicting. Trust me. Im like going from topic to topic looking at what to get next on Sythe. Hope I can get bored soon enough and use this time for all my other things I had in mind. Hell I know its a game and we all play games but when it comes to being truly addicted you have yourself a problem. Nicotine and Runescape have so much things in common.

Also a big fail I remember was going into lumbridge swamp dungeon with a candle and no tinderbox. I was doing slayer and just didn't know about what would happen. Then a big explosion happened and it went black. I was like oh shit what is this? Then my hp started to go down and I was like nooo. I remember my friend flipping out too because I borrowed some of his stuff. I had about 30m wealth on and this was before trade/wildy was removed. Lost 22m from all the stuff I had.

 

lost 600M staking in 1 day -_-. 1B-400M

 

Got hacked, friend gave 100m, got hacked the next day again by the same dude WTF LOL

 

My biggest fails would have to be -

Getting scammed 45m a few days ago from someone on sythe
Buying a fury for 2.5m years ago, not logging on for ages (account got deleted by jagex i guess) and then seeing furys at 15m.
Just became a member, pking with black G, was poisoned and about to die - randomly decided to attack a noob which got me skulled and i lost all my shit D:
Getting scammed back in 05 - just made 100k or whatever, went to buy a gmaul and didn't realise he changed it for a rock maul. :<

 

biggest fail was last night.
got ripped, and decided it was a good idea to go slay Black demons
started gettin into youtube vids, and 20 minutes later realized i was still on rs..

i was making a range pure. After a long while going to green dragons and having about 75+ Range i earned alot of Mills.

So i bought for over 10m lol on chins
I was doing something on the internet, when i looked i saw i died and lost everything.. even my robin hood hat.. and archer ring

but i lost even once on another pure while staking. I was winning alot.. til i won about 80 M from him. Then he wanted me to stake all i had and lost
This was on old staking time

Somehow my Magic XP was toggled to Defence XP.
I Ruined my 1 Defence Pure by getting 1-3 Defence with 1 Barrage Hit.

This one stays in my mind. Back when gmauls were 900k I really wanted one so I tressed this person my bank anything worth any value probably 20 slots of stuff they accepted. This was when I used to go in the wildy by green dragons in level 14 to watch people pk. I hit teamed up on one guy attacked me but I thought it was the other guy so I attacked back skulled and didn't have protect item. Gf my bank. I'm sure I've had others but this came to mind first

 

I have two large fails when it comes to runescape:

1) When I was a noob and dclaws were my bank I went on a pking trip in the old bh. I was one iteming and actually killed my target, picked up the 300k worth of loot or something and got punched to death and lost my claws.

2) Had a partyhat in runescape, got bored and staked it at dragon dyce cc. Rolled a 2 out of 12 and lost.

 

Probably not asking a suspicious guy to relog before boxing for max cash. I was winning and he x-logged.
