what should i use to record screen?

Camtasia Studio Recorder, it is a paid program and screen capturer, although I'm sure you'll find a way around it.

what should i use to record screen?

Indeed, you can record in very high quality, select your record screen size, and edit it all in one program.

what should i use to record screen?

Personally I use a registered version of Hypercam 2 - but a good alternative is Camtasia, or so I've heard.

what should i use to record screen?

    Fraps.

It records the runescape screen only, so even if you manage to somehow move it in the middle of recording it wont mess up the video, fraps will follow it.

Warning: Fraps cannot record your desktop, only games. ( It supports the runescape CLIENT as a game. )

FRAPS is the best, hands down.

Oh and to Meeder1 you can record the desktop with it.
