HELP! everytime i pk i shake!

Whenever i pk or stake i start to shake uncontrolably and cannot stop even after i'm done pking.

even if i risk nothing i start to shake... wtf is wrong with me? this is a serious post not trolling.

It's just ive died so many times in rs because of this shit.

 

Lol interesting, only time that has happened to me is on godsword lures, not really shaking just a quick "OMG" feeling in your chest then its over.

 

Omg lol i used to shake while i was killing jad for the first few times :') good times lol, after awhile you will overcome it, just try not to worry too much i suppose

 

I had the same thing the first day of wildy. After 3 days pking I dont shake anymore.

This still happens to me when pking but not a lot

 

I've been on rs for 5 years (started 7 years ago) and i've pked many times but only recently in the past month have i started shaking badly.

 

haha funny i usually sweat a bit, ehm try relaxing its just a game think of it like that and dont risk much

 

Because of a raising heartbeat. You can calm it with medicine if you like, I suggest you see your doctor and ask for some medicine to help with adrenaline.

 

Well whenever i got high with my buddies and played i was fine, but when i'm by myself i just keep shaking wether or not i care that i'm gonna die, i just start to shake.

 

I still get nervous and shit before my lure happens. My hands get cold just like they do before I have an american football game, since I play receiver I really worry about it, but as soon as the adrenalin starts pumping after you make the first catch it goes. With time you'll get used to it and you won't get it anymore, it's nervousness.

That's true as well, I used to smoke a shitload of pot when luring but it seriously slowed down my reaction times.

Do whatever would make you feel better, have a hot cup of tea near you to sip when you get cold or whatever.

 

This used to happen to me when I was fairly new to the PKing scene a few years ago. I recommend risking small in F2P then move onto P2P when you dont shake a lot and can risk a bit higher
Edit: Also if you die act as if it didnt bother you (If you ever lose a lot) and just laugh it out and be like "Wow what a little fucker" lol

Ya even though it's like 96 degrees in my room im cold as shit when i shake but even if i don't have anything, like if i just go stand in wild i start to shake.

 

lmao yez it could be 100d and i would shake too , so their is nothing bad , it took a few years for me to stop shaking doe ,idk why

 

It's just you're nervous, noting really bad about it, I know some people that "shake" too. After you start pking a lot you'll get over it.
