How to recover my account its been hacked :(

I was hacked today, not a clue how it was done , nothing downloaded, no phish sites, never given out password, didnt use powerbot/arbibots, etc etc, the only thing i can think off is that the orginal owner has recovered it. But i have had this account for over 3 years now so it does seem unlikely. Anyway i put in a recovery request and it was denied!! even though i filled out everything as well as i could all payment details etc, so i was wandering if there was ant ways of recovering it

 

Creation details (Location, Date, etc..) are usually pretty important to recover an account. Though they don't say you should write it down when you make a new account so i'm not sure how any of us are supposed to remember. The fact that he could remember this and the original password give the original owner a lot of leverage to recovering it.

Jagex have become d-heads in the fact that they just care about the " created here and here" thing. Just plain stupid.

 

Generally even if you only had a few passwords you would eb able to get the account back because of your IP address.
