No, I wouldn't. Getting financial help from stripping a persons rights, then taking his life is wrong, and is not justified. If you have the oppurtunity to live, move, think, etc. Then you have the oppurtunity to find a job to obtain wealth.

 

We are animals in a world made by nature. And as you know, in nature there is no wrong or right, its survival. Animals kills animals for food/shelter.

I see so much human pain and suffering everywhere, on the television, in film, on the internet, I've become desensitised to it. The idea that everytime I pushed a button I'd get a million dollars would overpower me, the fact that some innocent bystander elsewhere in the world would drop dead each time I pushed it wouldn't even factor for me.

Weirdly though, If you asked me the same question replacing humans with, say, domestic animals, I probably wouldn't be able to do it.

 

Yeah I would do it, I think religion changes a lot of people's viewpoints on subjects like this.

Money is an object, a human is a being.
Life is the reason we are here, we do not come into life to gain money. Killing another human for money is rediculas, and if you would were to push "that button" you would suffer for it in your next reincarnation/life. Karma keeps balance. I believe there will be a time when nobody would push that button and humans will keep suffering until this happens.

I would. I don't know the person. When most people see someone die on the news they usually don't care, it's somewhat similar because you will never meet the person nor did you know them on a personal level.

i oftentimes refer to Machiavelli- "the end justifies the means." in this case, I clearly have something to gain by pressing the button. Thinking from an objective standpoint, there is nothing wrong with killing someone random. If we also focus on current population issues, it is possible for one to become very rich while also stripping the world of a considerable amount of people. We are not "playing God" by killing others, but merely playing humans. We all exist to further ourselves, and if one would rather not further themselves at the expense of a competitor - for that is, really, what other humans are - then they (in my opinion) deserve nothing less than death.

No. Take into consideration that there is an excedingly small change, but still a chance, of dying from this button. If you didn't have a conscience and repetetively pressed it there would be an increasing chance of killing yourself.
