-How to Lie-

Before you read this: I do NOT constantly lie, this is just if you need to make up something, also useful for telling awesome stories .​

Lying has one problem to it. While most people think if you lie it must be a complete lie, they are all wrong. The key to lying is to add a small part of truth in there, whether it be a minor detail or half of the lie. Lying elevates your blood pressure, and that causes blushing which can get you caught:embar: . However, adding a detail will give you some time to calm down and think straight.

Try it! Go up to a random person or somebody you know and tell them two stories. One will be the complete truth and one will be almost a lie. You can also try making up a whole story, and you will realize without time to collect your thoughts you will panic and BOOM you will be caught.

If you want to get into how to lie, you may want to go further with body-language cues and eye movement.

What about not making it obvious that your nervous?
You could add in how to make up said stories. Maybe some idea's that people should think about when telling the story like make it a realistic place, mention you reacting typically to something so people can say "oh,I know john. that's what he would do"

 

I agree, this guide is rather short. Try adding more details. Also, try adding an example or two.
