Partyhat Predictions

Looking for some pro merchers opinions on this. After free trade came out, small rares soared back to their old prices. Both wearables and non-wearables are fairly stable at the same prices as they were for the past year. Partyhats however are still soaring. They went up 200m in street value overnight. When do you guys think they will slow down, and do you think it's possible that they'll crash?

 

Im just wondering whats going to happen when ( Lets say hween blue : 83M in g.e ~95M in W2 ) will be in g.e cause normally it always creates a crash.

Partyhat have a High Difference btween G.e/Street price.

 

I think soon the GE prices of small rares will be the same as their street price. They won't crash, they'll just be stable.

 

This, partyhats will always be above the GE price, atleast for a long while.

discontinued items will never crash, they'll dip a bit some times and soar but never dive.

I think phats will crash a bit eventually, there's no way they can go up this fast forever.

 

Due to the economy. It's always going to be this high now.

Phats will dip once the novelty of being able to freely obtain them through the GE wears off.

I cannot guess as to the extent of that drop though. It might even take quite a while to happen due to the number of phats being banked or locked up in staking.

 

No, phising means you have to input your information, they trick you into thinking it's the actual site by looking exactly the same, it's often done with runescape, example the site will be www.runascape.com instead www.runescape.com (1st e replaced with an a), people read the site quickly, think it's the actual site then input their details, if I have click a link I often spend a good minute or 2 reading it and making sure.

I think phat prices will come down, but not by much.
In my opinion the prices of ALL rare will be fluctuating for a few weeks, I predicted that this would happen before the free trade was out and it has happened (which I took full advantage of and I have made millions of masks).

 

It will stabilize I think, these first weeks will be problematic..
soon everything will become normal again

it's so easy to get RSGP these days
they might even get rid of free trade again

they will, like every other item, have their ups and downs. don't think anyone can predict when or how much they will be. however, if they do drop low again, then will go back up. just dont panic and sell when their low.

 

Well they dropped -.- Can't sell my green for 1.3b in the GE. I could have sold it for 1.6 earlier today.
