Nyx requesting a High Pardon

Neutral, but I want to see the outcome of this.

 

Just banned legit.fm as well he came clean about it on msn

 

At work tonight I will be running a full msn, ip and anything else check and post results here later.

 

Sounds good to me, working 7 pm - 7 am tonight. I'll be running an IP Range search as well.

 

I do think you're a good guy, but I wish you'd been honest in your pardon request.

Like Tyro, I'm ambivalent. I don't have a problem with it being voted on.

 

There are 9 Sythe accounts involved. I am still investigating at this point in time, more later.

Everything I've seen about you (On Nyx) is good. You're continually helping others and you seem to have a kind, caring attitude. However I'm still not sure whether this is just the like and friendship I have for you telling me to support or whether I think you deserve to stay in your own right.

Does anyone know when the last known suspicious/malicious activity performed by Nyx was? I.E. A year ago, 2 months, etc?

 

He was ban evading etc and posting his pardon for Fuzion as early as a few months ago.

 

Then there was a sudden character reform with Nyx. I don't know if change can happen so quickly..but it's being taken to a vote whether I support or decline anyway.

Good finds JT, knew he had scam reports on him -.-

 

I dont get how he could have 9, well at least 9 so far, haven't done the ip range search yet, and only be able to remember 4 or so of them. (sythe accts)

legit.fm has 1 scam report, fuzion had 1 scam report and he was convicted of scamming in the above thread.

He did mention somewhere about going back and forth between 2 houses, I think thats how he escaped the IP's matching too often.

 

Posting on his behalf:


I used Astray Heart to say goodbye. I got temp banned, since I openly came out about being Fuzion. After the Temp Ban I asked in feedback why I was only temp'd and if I was allowed to stay. They banned me without even posting.

Sprite! I used it to contact people who owed me stuff after I got banned on Fuzion LTD.

As for the other two (GP king and chronos) I swear on anything that I have or will ever have that these two are not me. I genuinely haven't ever heard about them. I don't know why they (nearly) watch mine but FireZ told me I have a dynamic IP adress and there are other Belgacom users around. Once again, please believe me, I am not one of these two. I came out for every account except for Sprite! and Fuzion Inc who I forgot about, but I can swear that I didn't scam ANYONE on Sythe, and I swear, god, please believe me, that I'm not Chronos or gp king. Please.

 

Fuzion inc only has 2 or 3 ips and they match chronos and the gp king.

Funny part is all of those 3 accts and his other 6 follow the exact same ip patterns to a tee literally almost perfect.

 

Do they resolve back to the same place?

And he was just bitching at me on MSN saying how I am prejudice and am changing the minds of the other staff -.-

 

They are all home addresses all following the exact same patters between each and every single sythe account, all 9 are literally perfect streams of each other to a certain degree.

I also have to look into all of his selling threads for accounts, I think a 99 thiever or 96/99 miner may have been sold and recovered and resold on multiple sythe accounts as well.
