    sorry if this is the wrong section, i didn't know where else to write it.
    ive got a red mask on my account thats perm banned and ive used up my appeals, is there any other way of contacting jagex to unbann my account? plz help ! :(

    Didn't Jagex mention you could pay to unban the account? (someone on Sythe posted it) but you may lose that mask.

    i thought that option was only for newly banned accounts? it was banned almost 2 years ago :(

    jagex haven't released the pay for ur account to be unbanned yet, theyre thinking about it though.

    Doubt they will ever unban your account, jagex are very strict when it comes to account hjacking, even when the new pay to get unbanned comes out, i highly doubt youll be able to get your account back :( because hijacking is like suuper srs
