Account Locked.

Hey guys, I just traded for an account on here and I played for around 5 hours. I set the recoveries and the email. But the account just got locked, how much of a chance do I have at getting it back? I don't know any info besides recoveries and email and the password the person gave me when he traded.

Your chances are extremely slim. I may be wrong, but I am certain that Jagex has a bot of some sort, that looks through every detail posted in the inquiry, or recovery request, and looks back on the information in the database to see if the information matches. Even if you manage to get the account back, the user will still be able to recover it back, and it will get locked again, and again. Your best bet is to forget about it. I understand your loss, and it is unfortunate, but that's the real world. Scammers, and cheaters.

 

So even with the email and recoveries I can't recover it?

 

IF you're on the IP you created the account with even with little to no information, you can gnerally recover the account.

 

I had a same problem, the account had all the holiday items from p'hats until now but then it got locked and I barely knew anything about the account. I tried my best at recovering it with what I had, similar to what you have, but they rejected my appeal every time. I hope you can recover yours though!
