Scammed by Lol Yuh Mad

I went to his thread to buy RSGP, we agreed on total of 75M for 75 Dollars, going in small increments of 15m then 30M then 30m. I sent the payment of 15 for first 15M and he claims he never got it to send another 15 dollars and he will sell 30M at once. I asked for proof he didn't get it. He refused and logged.
