Perm Banned?

I made my dispute thread because I was banned for scamming even though the proof was faked, then with out any responses I am apparently perm banned instead of 3 day ban. I am not exactly sure why this happened, I posted multiple dispute threads by accident because of internet lag, but I hardly see how that could transgress into a perm ban.

Also another user was the victim of the same attack that I was.
DailyMusic posted a dispute thread about how Bigdog18 faked proof to get daily banned. The exact same thing happened to me and I posted the same proof. However DailyMusic got unbanned and I got perm banned?
