[DENIED]Clarify server owner liability

That's not really fair you can hire people with rep deposit is a way of placing trust in a worker server owners trust people equal to their deposit why are costumers trust people more then their deposit when told not 2?

 

No mention of responsibility. Mentioning multiple trades also is irrelevant, the customer may not be smart enough to realize why you want multiple trades and just do it all. When you are explaining things to people you have to assume they know NOTHING.

How do we explain to the no brain costumers they are not allowed to trade more then someone's deposit in a way that makes it so they are in the wrong if they do.

Additionally, the main reason service discords need to be liable for the workers, is because currently service discords incentivize workers to join them and scam, as they can deposit a amount of money and potentially scam much higher then that.

Sounds to me and probably many others you just want the easy way out, you want to rely on a autopilot system to keep you safe from any potential issues that may arise. You need to be proactive and make sure each ticket/customer is being treated properly.

 

I total agree when a owner is online but we can't be expected to be online 24/7

 

Thus the need for an automated system I want the costumer to be aware I just want them to be responsible if they choose to ignore the warning.

Whats better to you - additional commission revenue at the cost of more potential scams, or closing the server sometimes to keep customers and your reputation safe. You must decide that, not me.

 

Why is it our responsibility to protect costumers that deliberately ignore server rules and tos? And it's unfair of you to assume all Venezuelans are the scammers anyone can scan even you yourself. Again the point of a deposit it to set a limit of trust it has no other purpose and should be able to be used as such.
