Appeal denied? But no reasons for it?

So i try recovering my main, with the usual recoveries, details etc..The first time it got denied, and said that i need better previous passwords and creation details, i figured i must of just spelt it wrong or something as i was in a hurry. So i put another appeal in..30 mins later, its denied again, but there is no reason for it? It just says there was an appeal similar to this one.

Any ideas?

 

Are you using a different IP. The IP is very important during a recovery

 

I get a message saying subit another recovery but it doesnt give a reason. think its the same

 

Its the same I.P for like 6 months, ive recovered it loads of times on this i.p
And uperman, that didnt really make sense to me:L

 

If you didn't create the account, it would be very hard since they use first dynamic ip.

 

Ive had the account 3 and a half years, i know the first i.p it was made on, i was with him when we made it.
