It's a lunar spell called Energy Transfer. Basically one person can transfer their spec bar to another.

It's common knowledge....

 

I been doing this for my bank made around 600M/3. (splitted with my friends that helped me.)

Would be too hard to get the timing right and melee pray would ruin it. You could potentially do this with only one friend helping if you have a dungeoneering ring. With dung ring you can do 2 specs yourself and then have a friend recharge you for 2 more which is all it takes
