Waiting For Forever

I guess this movie can be considered a chick flick. I'm guessing its a independent film because it's not released everywhere and only in select theaters. I live in NYC and there's a whole lot of theaters but there is only one theater showing the film currently. Yesterday my friends and I went to watch the black swan, and after we were done, we decided to sneak in to another movie that will be showing shortly, and we picked waiting for forever.

To describe the movie briefly, it was really good. The overall story was pretty short, the movie itself was about 94 minutes long. There was a lot of back-story and flash backs, and there was some pretty surprising twists. But overall, the movie was really good, and I recommend it to everyone

 

Can you help us at all with a basic plot? Genre?

 

I guess its romantic more than anything. Basically its about this boy who has a friend since he was a child. And after his parents death, he faced lots of hardship, but he lived in a fantasy world. And no matter what he did, he stayed a close to the girl, but he didn't let her know. So he follows her back to her home town, and they discuss old times. Then he admits that he's been following her, and she gets upset and makes him promise to never follow him again. The guy later gets framed for a murder, the girl proves his innocence, she follows him, and they all lived happily ever after.

 

Not bad movie, not really my type though,
