This did happen we will be refunding @Rsgp GoldMAN, but ask the refund be lowered to the 2b 07 gp as stated in our tos @Pikachu after 2b me or peanut should of been informed of the trade or done in multiple.

 

I can accept $400 refund but $340 feels like robbery man. $400 is still 100 less.

 

as stated in your ticket right after i got up. the refund would be $100 if this panel was updated to the new format. sadly it was not see both panels attached. We will happily refund you but you never should of made the trade per the tos of the ticket.

For context this is the scammers Sythe. @loori_24 discord id 300286403131211787.

 

Original ticket lists nothing about Loori's Rsps rank. For all I know he could have been highest rank. It only listed your name and your max deposit. It's not my fault the ticket wasn't updated.

 

The updated ticket tos that I could not see provided no information regarding RSPS agent. The only information I got provided was the outdated Ticket Tos that lists Max deposits only for Okami's rank. It's not my fault that RSPS agent information and its max deposit wasn't listed on the original TOS.

 

@Pikachu If I can only get $340 back than ill take it I guess. But seems kinda unfair. Based on the TOS ticket I had no reason to believe this "Rsps agent" had a max deposit as no information regarding that rank was provided as per below:

If we want to go down that route there is a visible ranking in discord. That you can see in all tickets and I have my comp set to always be online which shows my rank above his, so by that you should of never even made a trade according to the tos and deserve no refund, but I don't want to fight that with you we are happy to refund as we see fair which is $340 or 2b07.

clear states trades need to be done in multiple parts if they exceed 2b or peanut needs to be notified. in this case peanut was not notified as such @Rsgp GoldMAN shouldn't of done a trade larger then 2b. i am not seeing how that does not cover this trade.

 

@Rsgp GoldMAN responsibility by that should be to inform peanut or do multiple trades. should it not? if its not let me know and we would refund the $500. and add rank deposits to the official tos but i feel. a panel message should be enough. as if someone doesn't read the tos they wouldn't be informed of rank deposits. this is a more direct way of providing the information.

Just want some clarification on how a server is supposed to protect itsself from a worker that scams and takes more then their deposit when both party’s are informed not to at the start of the ticket. For the future. @Pikachu

I would also like some clarification from any sythe staff on how we are supposed to protect ourselfs from a worker/agent that would make a disgusting move like this.
